All engagements are subject to a signed service agreement between Remote Prospect and the client outlining specific scope, deliverables, and pricing.

3. Free Audit

Our free audit is offered with no commitment. You're under no obligation to engage our services after receiving it. Audit results are estimates based on industry benchmarks and may vary from actual outcomes.

4. Performance Guarantee

Engagements include a 90-day performance guarantee. If we don't deliver the results outlined in your service agreement within the guarantee period, we will continue working at no additional cost until we do, or provide a refund of unused service fees. Specific terms apply per your individual service agreement.

5. Fees & Payment

Pricing and payment terms are agreed upon before service begins and documented in your service agreement. Pricing varies based on call volume, services selected, and campaign scope. There are no hidden fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your business
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You will provide timely access to systems we need (calendar, CRM, phone) for setup
  • You will respond to qualified leads we deliver in a timely manner
  • You will comply with all applicable laws governing your industry, telemarketing, and customer communications

7. SMS & Communications Consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to be contacted by Remote Prospect via phone, email, and SMS regarding your inquiry and our services. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP to any text or unsubscribing from email.

8. Intellectual Property
